New Zealand v Japan live on the sixteenth of September 2011, New Zealand captain Richie McCaw has pulled out of Friday's World Cup match against Japan with a minor calf strain.
McCaw, 30, who was set to win his 100th Test cap, is joined on the sidelines by full-back Mils Muliaina who also picked up an injury in training.
